Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Shop Cap City, we want you to be fully satisfied with your headwear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and stickers still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your caps in their original box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to initiate the tracking process.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
